Registration Fee

■Your registration includes:
　✓　Admission to the Special Exhibition
　✓　Welcome Reception (Light refreshments)
　✓　Access to all lectures and workshops
　✓　Conference bag (conference gifts and program booklet)
　✓　Complimentary coffee and water (available to all participants)

■Not included:
　×　Gala Event (Not included in the standard registration. A separate ticket purchase is required.)
　×　Other food and beverages (Available for purchase during the conference.)

■Important Information:
  • Participants registered under the Senior or Youth rate must present a valid photo ID for age verification at the registration desk.
  • Participants aged 15 and under (free registration) must also present a valid photo ID for age verification at the registration desk.

■Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Until March 31, 2027: 10% cancellation fee
  • Until June 30, 2027: 50% cancellation fee
  • From July 1, 2027: No refunds

■COLI-based pricing: 
This year, registration fees are based on the Cost of Living Index (COLI) to provide a fairer pricing system.

Countries are divided into three pricing groups to better reflect differences in the cost of living.

If you require a visa to enter Japan, please check the visa requirements on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan website before submitting your application.

Visa exemption does not guarantee entry to Japan. Final entry permission is determined by immigration officers upon arrival.

Participants are responsible for checking and obtaining their own visa if required.

Our ticket prices are based on the Cost of Living Index (COLI), divided into three groups by country. This means everyone contributes according to their local context, making the conference more accessible and equitable for all.Not sure which group your country is in?
