Photography and video recording are permitted at the DHI2027 venue. You are welcome to take photos and videos to capture your memories of the event and interactions with other participants.
When posting or sharing photos and videos on social media, websites, or other platforms, please respect the privacy of other participants and individuals involved in the event. In particular, when sharing photos or videos in which individuals can be identified, please respect their wishes and, where appropriate, obtain their consent before posting.
The organizers of DHI2027 cannot be held responsible for any disputes or damages arising between participants as a result of photography, social media posts, or other forms of sharing.
■ Media CoverageDuring the conference, journalists and media representatives may attend the event to conduct interviews, photography, and video recording.
If you participate in an interview, please be aware that the photographs, videos, or other materials recorded may be used in news reports or other media coverage.
Participants may also appear incidentally in photographs or videos taken of the event and its activities. Please be aware of this possibility.
■ Official DHI2027 PhotographyDuring the conference, official photographers and DHI2027 staff may take photographs and videos for documentation and promotional purposes.
These photographs and videos may be used on the official DHI2027 website, social media accounts, promotional materials, and other official communications.
The recorded materials will be used solely for documentation and promotional purposes related to DHI2027 and will not be used for other purposes.
Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality. Please check the requirements before registration.
For presenters, the DHI2027 Organizing Committee will provide visa support documents, such as an invitation letter, if required for the visa application.
General participants are responsible for obtaining their own visa, if required.
Participants who are eligible for visa exemption should check whether their country or region is included in the official Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan list below.
